How to reset your password in case you forget it

Step 1


  • Click on the button that says 'Go to the Lottery Site' to the left



  • At the main page try to log in to your account by typing your email and password in the login area at the top middle which is marked in a RED box on the image to the left.

Step 2



  • If you entered the details incorrectly at login, a menu will pop up saying it did not log you in and gives an error that one of the login details did not match their records.



  • Under the login button, Click on the text ‘Forgot My password’ which is marked in a GREEN box on the image to the left.

Step 3


  • It will take you to the ‘Forgot Password’ page. You need to enter your email in the top text Field beside the E-Mail text which is marked in a RED box on the image to the left.


  • Underneath is an image with 3 letters which you need to enter in the other text field beneath the image which says ‘Enter characters above’ and which is marked in a GREEN box on the image to the left.


  • Next click on the Orange "SUBMIT" button



Step 4


  • It will give you a confirmation message that an Email has been sent to you with a link to securely reset your password.


  • Go to your email account

Step 5


  • Once in your email account, after a few minutes you will receive an Email from TheLotter with the subject Password Recovery Assistance as shown on the image to the left. Click on this email to open it


  • If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes please be sure to check your SPAM folder as the email might have gone there by mistake

Step 6


  • Inside this email there is the text ‘Recover my Password’ which is marked in a GREEN box on the image to the left and you need to click on this text.



Step 7


  • You are taken to a new page on the site and you will have to create a new password.


  • Type your new chosen password in the text field beside the word ‘Password‘ which is marked in a RED box on the image to the left. You need to choose a password between 6 and 10 characters long And use both letters and numbers in your password will make it more secure.


  • Type in your new chosen password in the text underneath with the text ‘Repeat Password’ which is marked in a GREEN box on the image to the left.


  • After you enter your new chosen password twice, Click on the Orange "SUBMIT" button


Step 8


  • It will now give you a confirmation message that your password has been successfully saved.


  • Go to the top of the page where there are the login fields which is marked in a GREEN box on the image to the left. Type your email and new chosen password again and press the Blue "LOGIN" button


  • You have successfully logged in


  • That is how you reset your password
